Technical Research Assistant for HT-RNAi Cell Screening Unit (TRA-HTCS)

You will:
- Carry out wide range of microtiter plate-based experimentation, including plate reader- and automated microscopy-based assays and qRT-PCR assays on cultured mammalian cells.
But first, you need:
- Technician or BSc training plus >2 yrs experience in mammalian cell-based research, including tissue culture, PCR and microscopy;
- Excellent concentration, strong attention to detail, good documentation skills;
- Strong ability to work in a team.
