BIOCHEM Business Plan Competition
The Business Plan Competition is organized to provide support to researchers and entrepreneurs that are considering to set up a business in the Bio Based Business domain. The Business Plan competition will award and promote the most promising projects that are submitted to the competition.
The Business Plan Competition will run until the end of March 2011.
As from April 2011 applications will be reviewed by a selection committee composed of: industry experts, researchers and venture capitalists drawing upon the International BIOCHEM Advisory Committee.
The 30 projects with the highest scores, will be invited to take part at the final of the Business Plan Competition, which will be held as part of the BIOCHEM Accelerator Forum on 4 to 6th May. The finalists will get the opportunity to present in front of a large audience of experts in the field.
6 companies will be awarded:
- 3 awards for the most innovative technology
- 3 awards for the idea with the highest business potential.
These Awards will be handed out at the second day, the combined TT and VC Event. The award winners will get the opportunity to present at the Venture Capital event of the Accelerator Forum.
