OPTIMISM GROWS IN THE BIOTECH INDUSTRY
According to a recent survey by industrial association BIO Germany in conjunction with life sciences magazine transkript, Germany’s biotech companies are now looking to the future with optimism again. Nearly half of Germany’s biotech employers (47%) believe their business outlook will improve – compared to just a third (33%) last year. At the same time, the proportion of pessimists who expect their commercial success to decline has dropped from 18% last year to just 7%. Meanwhile, businesses’ assessment of their current position has remained stable over the past twelve months.
