InfoDiverse Forschungsvorhaben in der angewandten Forschung haben die Spitzenverstärkte Raman-Spektroskopie als Analysemethode etabliert. Die Spitzenverstärkte Raman-Streuung (TERS = Tip-Enhanced Raman Scattering) ermöglicht molekulare Informationen mit Nanometer-Auflösung zu erfassen und erweitert das Anwendungsspektrum der Raman-Mikroskopie. Die bisher bekannten Vorhaben werden zum überwiegenden Teil von kleinen und mittelständischen Unternehmen getragen. Zwischen Prototyp und regulärer Anwendung stehen noch eine Reihe von finanziellen, technologischen und regulatorischen Hindernissen. Somit steht die kraftvolle breite kommerzielle Umsetzung dieser Technologie noch aus.
Gemeinsam mit der Analytik Jena AG und der Berliner genius GmbH möchte der medways e.V. einen Impuls zur Umsetzung von Marktchancen für die TERS-Diagnostik setzen.17.02.2012

8. ThGOT + 3. Kolloquium Dünne Schichten in der Optik
InfoDie ThGOT werden 2012 zum ersten Mal die Landesgrenzen von Thüringen verlassen und in Leipzig stattfinden. Die branchenübergreifende Tagung zu allen Themen der Grenz- und Oberflächentechnik richtet sich insbesondere an Entscheidungsträger aus Industrie und Wissenschaft. Als Forum für Wissenstransfer und Kommunikation erwarten Sie neben zahlreichen Vorträgen auch eine Poster- und Industrieausstellung.
Die inhaltlichen Schwerpunkte liegen auf High-End-Oberflächen, Verfahrenskombinationen in der Beschichtungstechnik, Prozess- und Schichtanalytik, Reinigungs- und Vorbehandlungsverfahren und neuen Trends in der Oberflächentechnik. Die Themen des Optik-Kolloquiums sind nanostrukturierte Grenzflächen und dünne Schichten für die Photovoltaik, ultrapräzise, multifunktionale Schichtfertigung, Trends in der Beschichtung und strukturierte Oberflächen für die Optik.
